Payment Information

Registrations must be made via our secure online registration system. Click Here to Register. Registration by credit card can be made by clicking the register button above. Telephone or fax registrations are not accepted. Registration with check or cash payment is not permitted. Upon receipt of your paid registration, an email confirmation from the Boston Children’s office will be sent to you. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently. Your email address is used for critical information, including registration confirmation, evaluation and certificate. Registration is available only until the first date of the in-person conference (September 25) or until the date that the conference may sell out.

For the virtual on-demand conference, enrollment will be held until January 31, 2022. Early registration is now open and access to the online course will be made available in September. Please note, you will have access to the on-demand lectures for 30 days (from the date of access) and this will be enforced.

Dental providers are required to complete an online test and course evaluation before receiving a verification of participation documentation. Dental verification of participation documentation will be emailed separately by Boston Children’s Hospital 2-3 weeks following completion of the online test and evaluation. CME certificates will be available immediately following completion of the course evaluation.
 

Disclosure Policy

Boston Children's Hospital adheres to all ACCME Essential Areas, Standards, and Policies. It is Boston Children’s policy that those who have influenced the content of a CME activity (e.g. planners, faculty, authors, reviewers and others) disclose all relevant financial relationships with commercial entities so that Boston Children's may identify and resolve any conflicts of interest prior to the activity. These disclosures will be provided in the activity materials along with disclosure of any commercial support received for the activity. Additionally, faculty members have been instructed to disclose any limitations of data and unlabeled or investigational uses of products during their presentations.
 

Course Tuition Refund Policy

On-Demand Virtual Conference: No returns or refunds for online CME activities purchased. All sales are final.
In-person Conference (September 25-26, 2021): Refunds, less an administrative fee of $100, will be issued for all cancellations received four weeks prior to the start of the course. Refund requests must be received by email. No refund will be issued should cancellation occur less than four weeks prior (No refund after August 27, 2021). “No shows” are subject to the full course fee and no refunds will be issued once the conference has started.

In the unlikely event that the Pediatric Sedation Conference is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee. Expenses for travel and accommodation are the sole responsibility of the individual participants.
